Further posts on Facebook

This has been a key aspect of our development as there must be an aspect of target market influence throughout. This is why we as Polaroid Productions felt so strongly about being on the social media sites to fully reach our target market

Make sure the area was a safe one

Car turned off so it couldn't move

Title

As a group we have finally decided on our films name ...

BELLGRAVE PARK

We drew inspiration from the tv series 'Broadchurch'. We liked the idea of using a location as a name as it makes it more personal and therefore more intimidating to the veiwer. We also wanted the location to mean something sinister eg) grave. We researched into haunted and crime filled areas in the UK and Bellgrave came up. We used the 'park' due to our filming in the Calvery Car park.

IT'S A WRAP!

Well an exciting journey has come to an end! We have finished filming officially for Bellgrave Park! We have more interesting blogs to come so please carry on veiwing!

Please carry on following, liking and sharing our film opening!

Our editing process

Many hours have been spent in this editing sweet.
Many strenuous hours but it's all worth it as we now have our final cut.

This memory stick has aided all of our editing, also showing how we have used multiple different media devises such as iPhones, memory sticks and iMac computers.

Final cut story line

Our final cut story line is now a chase scene, we see an innocent girl running through a carpark being chased by a girl of similar stature however in darker clothing with darker hair.
The innocent girl makes it into her car and there is a moment of relief, however quickly followed by a jump moment when we see that the other girl chasing her is now in the car behind her. She then runs out of the car and runs down the stairwell, but this time the other girl has caught up with her and there is another jump moment when that girl goes to strangle the innocent one. She then strangles her to end the film opening.

This leaves suspense and the un answered questions such as 'why is she being chased?' 'Do these girls know each other?'
By us challenging the representation and having two girls of similar age, this makes it scarier as it makes people think that anyone could be their killer. Even the person sitting next to you now.

Here is our final film opening:
